INCREDIBLE....

Well, I've been taking the SXinney Water and the cRave now for 5 weeks, and as of this morning I've lost 10 pounds!! Remember, I only started taking my measurements 3weeks ago, and I've lost a total of 22 inches! This is so incredible to me! I've been feeling good, and I've actually been able to go out in my yard early in the morning a couple of days this past week, and do some weeding and then just go, go, go all the rest of the day. My diet is really pretty much the same. My problem is still remembering to take the time to eat, actually.

How to Use the Products:

1) Liv Sxinney: (Sxinney Water)Drink ALL DAY (2 ounces in 64-80 ounces of water)

2) Crave: Take ½ teaspoon or 1/2 pkt. before each meal (3-4 times a day)If you are still hungry 10 minutes after eating take another ½ teaspoon of Crave. Eat- Protein, Starch, Veggie or Fruit with each meal(half of each portion size every 3 hours)

Example:
9:00: Breakfast (stop half way)
Noon: Lunch (save the other half for 3 hours later)
3:00: Snack (other half of lunch)
6:00: Dinner (save the other half for 3 hours later)
9:00: Snack (other half of dinner)

Stop eating half way through your meal. Save the other half for 3 hours later.Every 3 hours you MUST EAT.
Do not eat during the 3 hours between meals for these two reasons: Your body will burn the food you ate for energy the first two hours after you eat. Your body will be in using FAT for energy in the third hour.

My personal success story... I've lost 5 lbs! Yeah! My muscles are more defined. I feel tighter & leaner and I don't have to work out as hard as I usually do. John's mom isn't exactly skinny but she's down to 207 lbs. a total loss of 23 lbs.! Not only that but her blood pressure went from 159/115 to 136/90! HOW TO BEGIN THE LIV SXINNEY LIFESTYLE & HEALTH BENEFITS

When people begin the Liv SXinney lifestyle they often ask me how to take the products, so here's what I tell them...

Liv SXinney Water is meant to be taken all day long. Use one ounce of Liv SXinney Water (2Tbsp.) to 32 oz of water. It's best to drink 80 to 100 oz of water a day, or another good rule of thumb is to take your weight, and divide it in half and then drink that number in ounces per day. Liv SXinney tastes light and refreshing with a fresh hint of mint. CRave should be taken before and between meals. By the way CRave has 5 grams of fiber in each little packet. Taking one packets is equivalent to eating two apples! And SXinney Water has over 60 trace minerals, and the two ounces of Liv SXinney concentrate a day is equivalent to 1 pound of vegetables! It's amazing how nutritious the two products are when taken together. I typically take 2 to 3 small packets of CRave a day and drink about a gallon of water. Some may drink less and need more CRave, everyone is different. But after a couple of days you'll know what your body needs. You'll figure out your CRave number within a few days. Start with 2 a day and if you find you need more than increase it to 3, 4 or even 5 daily.
