My personal success story... I've lost 5 lbs! Yeah! My muscles are more defined. I feel tighter & leaner and I don't have to work out as hard as I usually do. I have tons of energy, especially when exercising. My knees don't hurt when I workout like they used to either. I'm sleeping better & to top it off my memory has improved too. My cravings for afternoon munchies and diet coke are gone! I'm most excited about that! And another huge improvement is that my stress level is way down. I love, love, love Liv SXinney! I have been taking the SXinney water for about 4 weeks now and would like to say that my high blood sugars have been dropped to the low 100 range, and have pretty much stayed there. I have lots of arthritis pain in my hands and back and noticed less pain and swelling. I am able to sleep better at night without sleeping pills, and have fewer headaches.I am eating less and feeling better than I have felt for years.I do not feel like I am on a diet, I feel satisfied with what I eat, and I have completely stopped drinking soda pop. What would I have paid if I knew I would be losing fat and not my muscles?

HOW TO BEGIN THE LIV SXINNEY LIFESTYLE & HEALTH BENEFITS
When people begin the Liv SXinney lifestyle they often ask me how to take the products, so here's what I tell them...
Liv SXinney Water is meant to be taken all day long. Use one ounce of Liv SXinney Water (2Tbsp.) to 32 oz of water. It's best to drink 80 to 100 oz of water a day, or another good rule of thumb is to take your weight, and divide it in half and then drink that number in ounces per day. Liv SXinney tastes light and refreshing with a fresh hint of mint. CRave should be taken before and between meals. By the way CRave has 5 grams of fiber in each little packet. Taking one packets is equivalent to eating two apples! And SXinney Water has over 60 trace minerals, and the two ounces of Liv SXinney concentrate a day is equivalent to 1 pound of vegetables! It's amazing how nutritious the two products are when taken together. I typically take 2 to 3 small packets of CRave a day and drink about a gallon of water. Some may drink less and need more CRave, everyone is different. But after a couple of days you'll know what your body needs. You'll figure out your CRave number within a few days. Start with 2 a day and if you find you need more than increase it to 3, 4 or even 5 daily.
When you wake up in the morning take 1/2 a package of CRave and put one ounce or 2 Tbsp. of SXinney Water in 32 oz. of water, and immediately start to hydrate your body, and if time permits, exercise and then eat breakfast. If you're still hungry take the remainder of the package of CRave. Then continue the products throughout the day up until bedtime.
