I took my measurements on Thursday, and I was astonished! I thought for sure I must've made a mistake, so I didn't want to write about it until I took them again to verify that I did everything correctly. So last night, I took them again, and they were the same.
Okay, I've been taking the Liv Sxinney and the CRave and ClenzT for the last 4 weeks, and I've lost a total of 7 pounds. To me, that doesn't sound like very much, but then again, taking into consideration that it's probably healthier to lose between 1-3 pounds per week, I'm fine with it. When I take into consideration that even though my diet has been pretty much the same, as well as my exercise level, and I haven't been able to lose anything for such a long time, I'm ecstatic that I've lost this much!!
Once again, I can't stress enough the importance of taking your measurements from the very beginning! I finally took my measurements two weeks ago, after already being on the product for two weeks, and the first week I lost 6 3/4 inches. This last week I lost another 9 1/8 inches, bringing the total number of inches lost in two weeks, to 15 7/8 inches!!! Incredible....just incredible. I love LIV SXINNEY, CRAVE, and the CLENZ T and how absolutely marvelous it's been for my overall feeling of wellbeing, and how they all synchronize so well together to bring about the positive changes with my body.
